Terms of Service

1. Who we are

in2play (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a social sports app operated by IN2Labs that helps pickleball players find sessions, log games, track stats, and connect with other players. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use in2play (if you are under 13, do not create an account), and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players; not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing; not to spam or scrape the service; and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems. We provide tools to block other users and to report content or people who violate these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post — profile details, posts, comments, messages, and game logs. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content so we can operate the app and show it to the people you intend to reach. You are responsible for the content you share.

6. Content moderation and zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on in2play. That includes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual or violent content, spam, and impersonation. You can report any post, comment, message, or player from the “…” menu and block anyone from their profile; blocked users can no longer interact with you.

We review reports and act on them within 24 hours: we remove content that breaks these rules and remove or suspend the accounts responsible. Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent removal from the service. We may also remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe harm other players or the community.

7. Games, sessions, and safety

in2play helps you organize and record real-world play, but it does not host, supervise, or guarantee any session, court, or game. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct at in-person meetups and for evaluating the people you choose to play with.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion permanently removes your private data; content you shared with others may remain visible but is no longer attributed to you. You can also export a copy of your data from Settings before you go.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IN2Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injuries or disputes that occur at in-person games and sessions.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use in2play after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
