Can't open the app? Ask us by email
Email privacy@in2play.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my in2play account". If you signed in with Apple or Google, include the email that provider shares with us. We confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
- Your login and sign-in method (email, Apple or Google link).
- Your profile: name, @username, photo, bio, skill level, location label.
- Your private data: gender (if you gave it), approximate location, push notification tokens, notification settings, blocks and reports you made, your follows and followers, RSVPs and attendance.
- Every post, comment and photo you shared, including game comments, feedback you sent and product analytics events, and the stored files for your photos and videos.
What is kept
- Games you played, sessions you hosted, your chat messages and groups you created stay so other players’ records and conversations still make sense. They are no longer attributed to you.
- Records we must keep for security, fraud prevention or legal reasons, such as moderation reports involving abuse. A report keeps only a text-only copy of the reported content (no photos or links), for as long as the law or those purposes require.
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule; deleted data disappears from backups within that cycle.
